kconfig: add more help messages to config symbols
Add help messages to all visible symbols except those heap-related ones which will be dropped eventually. v2 -> v3 * Fix typos and misleading descriptions. v1 -> v2 * Per kconfig language, help messages shall have a larger indent level than the attributes. * Rephrase for clarify.
