doc: remove remaining GVT-g documentation
When GVT-g support was removed from ACRN some documentation changes were missed. Delete the GVT-g HLD docs and the images it used. Also fix references in the old release notes so they don't depend on this deleted document. (The original release notes are still in the archived release docs.) Signed-off-by: David B.
