doc: add kernel version to grub menuentry in GSG

1. add kernen version to menuentry "Ubuntu-ACRN Board Inspector"
2. add kernel version and acrn version to menuentry
   "Ubuntu with ACRN hypervisor"

Please refer to #8357(master) and #8358(release_3.2) for code change.
