doc: add the content of hugepages/hugepagesz in generic kernel parameters

Add hugepages/hugepagesz parameters description in generic kernel
parameters because we remove the “hugepage/hugepagesz” setting
in HV code in v2.5 and the only user interface to this parameter
is to modify the two parameter in grub.

taken care of by ACRN config tool. In case user have customized hugepage
settings to satisfy their particular workloads in Service VM, the ``hugepages``
and ``hugepagesz`` parameters could be redefined in GRUB menu to override
the settings from ACRN config tool.
