hv: remove CONFIG_PLATFORM_[SBL|UEFI] and UEFI_STUB

Browse Source 
ACRN now has unified the way to handle SBL and UEFI.
so just remove corresponding macros in Kconfig.
BTW, default configuration in Kconfig is for UEFI boards.
