"hypervisor/include/debug/profiling_internal.h".

Many of the license and Intel copyright headers include the "All rights
reserved" string. It is not relevant in the context of the BSD-3-Clause
license that the code is released under. This patch removes those strings
throughout the code (hypervisor, devicemodel and misc).

In acrn_load_elf(), file pointer 'fp' is kept in
open state before exiting if 'load_elf32()' is executed,
this patch is to fix this bug.

This patch adds a simple 32bit static elf binary loader to acrn DM.
And if the elf binary follow multiboot protocol, only memory info
will be included in multiboot info.
