1.We updated libwebkit2gtk-4.0-dev install method for Canonical had
removed that package already, but Tauri need it, so we advice the user
to download the dependencies through Ubuntu22.04's repo or adopt our
links directly.
2.remove unnecessary package: libappindicator3-dev, we found it is possible
to build acrn without that dependency, so we remove it now.

We aluready updated the GSG to discuss how to find and address errors
when using the configurator (specifically doing a save scenario to check
for errors or to verify all errors were resolved). Add a description of
this error interaction model to the configurator tool documentation.

Update the instructions on how to start the ACRN Configurator tool
('acrn_configurator.py'). It is no longer require to use 'python3 ...'
since we've added a shebang header to the file and made it executable.

- Updates are intended to reflect v2.6 code
