eb8c4fb0d5 hv:Fix Implict conversion:actual to formal param
MISRAC has requirement about implict conversion: actual to formal
param. This patch is used to fix part of these violations.

1.Add a new structure seg_desc_vmcs to hold the VMCS field address of
segment selector to clean up seg_desc structure.

2.Add the definition of maximum MSI entry and the relevant judgement.

3.The violations in shell.c, logmsg.c will be fixed in other series of
patches with modification of function snprintf(), vsnprintf() and other
related usages.

v1->v2:
  *Move the definition of struct seg_desc_vmcs from instr_emul.h to
   instr_emul.c.
  *Modify the formal parameter type in function definition from uint8_t
   to char instead of using cast.
  *Drop the const declaration for char data in formal parameter.

v2->v3:
  *update the data missing conversion.
  *change type of internal parameter len to avoid casting in npklog.c.
  *change the conversion from signed char to unsigned int in
   uart16550_getc() to solve sign-extension.

9d602208e5 hv: remove unused MACROs
MISRA-C states that redundant macros reduce the maintainability of code.

In some cases, we would like to keep the current unused macros for code
completeness, such as cpu registers. These macros might be used later.

This patch removes some unused macros that is not critical for code
completeness.

v1 -> v2:
 * Keep TRUSTY_VERSION in trusty.c.
   Yadong will cook another patch which will utilize TRUSTY_VERSION.

4fd5102edc hv:treewide:fix multiple MISRAC violations
MISRAC has requirements about literal value requires a U suffix and

  violation of nchars will be solved by other patch together with

The npk_log is a log destination for the hypervisor, similar to the
console_log and the mem_log. It can be enabled/disabled/configured

The configuration includes:
1. Set the MMIO base address of the reserved NPK master.
2. Set the log level of the hypervisor NPK log.
After that, the npk_log can be enabled to write the hypervisor logs to
the MMIO address of the reserved NPK master with a simple header.

3df3c9f6a1 hv: vuart: fix 'Shifting value too far'
MISRA-C requires that shift operation cannot exceed the word length.

What this patch does:
- Fix the bug in 'vuart_init'
  The register 'dll' and 'dlh' should be uint8_t rather than char.
  'dll' is the lower 8-bit of divisor.
  'dlh' is the higher 8-bit of divisor.
  So, the shift value should be 8U rather than 16U.
- Fix other data type issues regarding to the registers in 'struct
  vuart'
  The registers should be unsigned variables.

v1 -> v2:
 * Use a local variable 'uint8_t value_u8 = (uint8_t)value' to avoid
   mutiple times type conversion
 * Use '(uint8_t)divisor' rather than '(uint8_t)(divisor & 0xFFU)' to
   get the lower 8 bit of 'divisor'
   Direct type conversion is safe and simple per Xiangyang's suggestion.

3d5d6c96ec vcpu: add get/set register APIs
there will be 3 types of vcpu runtime contexts:
- runtime contexts always saved/restored during VM exit/entry, which
  include general registers rax/rcx/rdx/rbx/rbp/rsi/rdi/r8~r15, cr2 and
  msr for spectre control (ia32_spec_ctrl)
- runtime contexts on-demand cached/updated during VM exit/entry, which
  include frequently used registers rsp, rip, efer, rflags, cr0 and cr4
- runtime contexts always read/write from/to VMCS, which include left
  registers not in above

this patch add get/set register APIs for vcpu runtime contexts, and unified
the save/restore method for them according to above description.

v3:

3027bfab10 HV: treewide: enforce unsignedness of pcpu_id
In the hypervisor, physical cpu id is defined as "int" or "uint32_t"
type in the hypervisor. So there are some sign conversion issues
about physical cpu id (pcpu_id) reported by static analysis tool.
Sign conversion violates the rules of MISRA C:2012.

In this patch, define physical cpu id as "uint16_t" type for all
modules in the hypervisor and change related codes. The valid
range of pcpu_id is 0~65534, INVALID_PCPU_ID is defined to the
invalid pcpu_id for error detection, BROADCAST_PCPU_ID is
broadcast pcpu_id used to notify all valid pcpu.

The type of pcpu_id in the struct vcpu and vcpu_id is "int" type,
this will be fixed in another patch.

V1-->V2:
    *  Change the type of pcpu_id from uint32_t to uint16_t;
    *  Define INVALID_PCPU_ID for error detection;
    * Define BROADCAST_PCPU_ID to notify all valid pcpu.

V2-->V3:
    *  Update comments for INVALID_PCPU_ID and BROADCAST_PCPU_ID;
    *  Update addtional pcpu_id;
    *  Convert hexadecimals to unsigned to meet the type of pcpu_id;

c849bff850 HV: config: adapt to the generated config.h
This patch drops "#include <bsp_cfg.h>" and include the generated config.h in
CFLAGS for the configuration data.

Also make sure that all configuration data have the 'CONFIG_' prefix.

v4 -> v5:

    * No changes.

v3 -> v4:

    * Add '-include config.h' to hypervisor/bsp/uefi/efi/Makefile.
    * Update comments mentioning bsp_cfg.h.

v2 -> v3:

    * Include config.h on the command line instead of in any header or source to
      avoid including config.h multiple times.
    * Add config.h as an additional dependency for source compilation.

v1 -> v2:

e591315a65 HV:treewide:C99-friendly per_cpu implementation change the per_cpu method
The current implementation of per_cpu relies on several non-c99 features,
and in additional involves arbitrary pointer arithmetic which is not MIS-
RA C friendly.

This patch introduces struct per_cpu_region which holds all the per_cpu
variables. Allocation of per_cpu data regions and access to per_cpu vari-
ables are greatly simplified, at the cost of making all per_cpu varaibl-
es accessible in files.

9af38e16e5 HV: Add log info when setup hvlog share buf
We have two sbuf for hvlog: one is allocated by hv for "early hvlog" and
the other one is allocated by SOS. Once SOS allocate the later one, the
hv allocated sbufs would be released after the contents being copied, we
call it sbuf switch.

And there is a trick here to guarantee that the switch of a certain per_cpu
sbuf is being done on exactly the certain physical CPU, that is doing the
switch at the first print after SOS allocated and setup its sbuf.

Because there are few logmsg within our current code, so will wait a bit long
for the next print. For ordinary case, it should be ok. However, for the
BTM(Boot Time Measurement) case, we need the content of "early hvlog" for
boot time calculation and it is not ok. So, we print those prints to force
the sbuf switch.
