549d9004e9 acrn_log: Fix log path to comply with Linux FSSTD 
Change logging path to /var/log/acrnlog to be compliant with the Linux
FSSTD, see https://refspecs.linuxfoundation.org/FHS_3.0/fhs-3.0.html.

0ab5db9cf9 tools: rename and category content into debug tools and services 
1. Rename folder name with "_"
2. Category acrn_crashlog, acrn_log, acrn_trace into debug_tools folder and acrn_bridge, life_mngr, acrn_manager into services.
