Kunhui-Li	005dacbbae	config_tools: enlarge max size to store RTCT table ... Enlarge the max size to store the PTCT/RTCT table to 1k bytes because the size of RTCT table exceeded the original max size 0x1100 - 0xF00 which makes RTCT table overlap other ACPI tables.
