27aee66f88 hv: hyperv: Add hyperv page destory function
In current code process, hyperv data in struct vm_arch is never cleared
during VM shutdown and is retained to next VM launch. As the enabled
bit of hypercall_page msr is not clear, hypercall page might cause fatal
error such as Windows VM BSOD during VM restart and memory
remapping. Hyperv page destory function can ensure hyperv page is
destory during each VM shutdown so hyperv related config such as
hypercall page is established correctly during each VM launch.

22a302599a hv: tlfs: fix the incorrect vLAPIC freq MSR
When LAPIC timer is working in oneshot or periodic mode, OS uses
initial counter register/current counter register to program
a timer. Both initial counter and current counter depend on the
LAPIC frequency. ACRN emulated vLAPIC timer based on the TSC.
vLAPIC freq is the same as TSC freq.

c88860250e hv: tlfs: add tlfs TSC freq MSR support for WaaG
TLFS defined 2 vMSRs which can be used by Windows guest to get the
TSC/APIC frequencies from hypervisor. This patch adds the support
of HV_X64_MSR_TSC_FREQUENCY/HV_X64_MSR_APIC_FREQUENCY vMSRS whose
availability is exposed by CPUID.0x40000003:EAX[bit11] and EDX[bit8].

v1->v2:
- revise commit message to highlight that the changes are for WaaG

8b16be9185 Remove "All rights reserved" string headers
Many of the license and Intel copyright headers include the "All rights
reserved" string. It is not relevant in the context of the BSD-3-Clause
license that the code is released under. This patch removes those strings
throughout the code (hypervisor, devicemodel and misc).

5a2b89b0a4 hv/mod_timer: split tsc handling code from timer.
Generalize and split basic cpu cycle/tick routines from x86/timer:
- Instead of rdstc(), use cpu_ticks() in generic code.
- Instead of get_tsc_khz(), use cpu_tickrate() in generic code.
- Include "common/ticks.h" instead of "x86/timer.h" in generic code.
- CYCLES_PER_MS is renamed to TICKS_PER_MS.

The x86 specific API rdstc() and get_tsc_khz(), as well as TSC_PER_MS
are still available in arch/x86/tsc.h but only for x86 specific usage.

688a41c290 hv: mod: do not use explicit arch name when including headers
Instead of "#include <x86/foo.h>", use "#include <asm/foo.h>".

In other words, we are adopting the same practice in Linux kernel.

31b8b698ce hv: TLFS: Add tsc_offset support for reference time
TLFS spec defines that when a VM is created, the value of
HV_X64_MSR_TIME_REF_COUNT is set to zero. Now tsc_offset is not
supported properly, so guest get a drifted reference time.

This patch implements tsc_offset. tsc_scale and tsc_offset
are calculated when a VM is launched and are saved in
struct acrn_hyperv of struct acrn_vm.

b4312efbd7 hv: TLFS: inject #GP to guest VM for writing of read-only MSRs
TLFS spec defines that HV_X64_MSR_VP_INDEX and HV_X64_MSR_TIME_REF_COUNT
are read-only MSRs. Any attempt to write to them results in a #GP fault.

Fix the issue by returning error in handler hyperv_wrmsr() of MSRs
HV_X64_MSR_VP_INDEX/HV_X64_MSR_TIME_REF_COUNT emulation.

exceed the pCPUs number. Given the MAX_PCPU_NUM macro is provided
in board configurations, so remove the MAX_VCPUS_PER_VM from Kconfig
and add a macro of MAX_VCPUS_PER_VM to reference MAX_PCPU_NUM directly.

1d194ede61 hv: support reference time enlightenment
Two time related synthetic MSRs are implemented in this patch. Both of
them are partition wide MSR.
- HV_X64_MSR_TIME_REF_COUNT is read only and it is used to return the
partition's reference counter value in 100ns units.
- HV_X64_MSR_REFERENCE_TSC is used to set/get the reference TSC page,
a sequence number, an offset and a multiplier are defined in this
page by hypervisor and guest OS can use them to calculate the
normalized reference time since partition creation, in 100ns units.
