a6420e8cfa hv: cleanup legacy terminologies in RTCM module 
This patch updates below terminologies according
 to the latest TCC Spec:
  PTCT -> RTCT
  PTCM -> RTCM
  pSRAM -> Software SRAM

806f479108 hv: rename RTCM source files 
'ptcm' and 'ptct' are legacy name according
   to the latest TCC spec, hence rename below files
   to avoid confusing:

  ptcm.c -> rtcm.c
  ptcm.h -> rtcm.h
  ptct.h -> rtct.h
