- Change "configuration tool" to "ACRN configurator tool" to match the tool's UI
- Change "configuration toolset" to "ACRN configurator tool" in cases that clearly refer to the configurator and not the entire toolset, update cross-ref

There are many graphics-related terms in the glossary that are not
referenced in the documentation. Remove those terms, and clarify new
terms in our updated GSG and introductory docs.

When GVT-g support was removed from ACRN some documentation changes were
missed. Delete the GVT-g HLD docs and the images it used. Also fix
references in the old release notes so they don't depend on this deleted
document. (The original release notes are still in the archived release
docs.)

Preparing for upgrading to newer versions of doc building tools
including sphing, doxygen, breathe, docutils, etc. This PR's changes
still work find with the older tool versions, but should eliminate
issues found while moving to newer tool versions (later).

through", and "pass-through" to be "passthrough" (except for doc labels
and in code or API uses)

Changing the folder structure will cause too many broken links for
external references (from other sites). So, let's put the content back
where it was before the reorg, and instead use the new persona-based
navigation to point to documents in the original locations.
Also, introduce redirects for some documents that no longer exits.

Update the ACRN documentation to use the official name of GVT-g
in ACRN to "AcrnGT" (ACRN-GT was previously widely used).
Also update the few occurences of "GVT-G" to "GVT-g" to be
consistent across our documentation. This includes a couple of
file name updates.

Transcode, review, and publish GVT-G porting guide documentation. Merged
glossary entries, added anchor links in GVT-g_api for referencing from
this document.
