8b16be9185 Remove "All rights reserved" string headers 
Many of the license and Intel copyright headers include the "All rights
reserved" string. It is not relevant in the context of the BSD-3-Clause
license that the code is released under. This patch removes those strings
throughout the code (hypervisor, devicemodel and misc).

730a275ecc misc: acrn_trace: enlarge DEV_PATH_LEN 
Now ACRN support platform which CPU numbers are large than 10. So the old value
for DEV_PATH_LEN is not enough (18 is not enough for /dev/acrn_trace_xx).

0ab5db9cf9 tools: rename and category content into debug tools and services 
1. Rename folder name with "_"
2. Category acrn_crashlog, acrn_log, acrn_trace into debug_tools folder and acrn_bridge, life_mngr, acrn_manager into services.
