After grand update of all titles to use title-case, we found some more
that needed a manual tweak.

While we hoped to make the headings consistent over time while doing
other edits, we should instead just make the squirrels happy and do them
all at once or they'll likely never be made consistent.
A python script was used to find the headings, and then a call to
https://pypi.org/project/titlecase to transform the title. A visual
inspection was used to tweak a few unexpected resulting titles.

Various GVT-g kernel parameters are obsolete and no longer implemented
in the latest kernels used with ACRN. Remove these obsolete parameters.
Also remove a few pictures that are no longer referenced by any document.

With the new ACRN configuration architecture, we no longer use Kconfig
files. Remove the Kconfig option documentation scripting (genrest.py)
Python dependencies, and Makefile commands, and change references in the
documentation from the Kconfig option (such as
:option:`CONFIG_MEM_LOGLEVEL`) to the new schema definition-based option
documentation (:option:`hv.DEBUG_OPTION.MEM_LOGLEVEL`).

spelling and grammar fixes missed during regular reviews.

Also clear Linux is no longer supported either as SOS or post-launched VM kernel.
- When it mentions clear Linux, mostly replaced by Ubuntu.
- remove all contents re/lated to "UEFI boot".
- remove the term de-privilege mode, and direct mode as well.

After change to IDV display solution for gvt-g, the kernel parameters:
i915.domain_plane_owners, i915.domain_plane_owners and i915.enable_pvmmio
related instruction is invalid and should be removed.

Changing the folder structure will cause too many broken links for
external references (from other sites). So, let's put the content back
where it was before the reorg, and instead use the new persona-based
navigation to point to documents in the original locations.
Also, introduce redirects for some documents that no longer exits.

Take the existing ACRN technical documentation and reorganize its
presentation to be persona and use-case based, in preparation for adding
new scenario/use-case based architecture introduction and getting
started documents.
Introduce a more graphical home page and theme color tweaks.

A few changes to the documents that describe kernel command-line parameters
relevant to ACRN (SOS and UOS):
- Merge two documents into one (with sections)
- Move to the "User Guides" (from the "Developer Guides")
- Update order in the list to make it consistent across sections
- Add missing parameters to the overview list
