Binbin Wu b1cbe39164 config: add GUEST_FLAG_PMU_PASSTHROUGH to DM_OWNED_GUEST_FLAG_MASK
Allow DM to set GUEST_FLAG_PMU_PASSTHROUGH to passthrough PMU to
a VM.
