David B. Kinder 6d352ba4e6 doc: remove remaining GVT-g documentation ... When GVT-g support was removed from ACRN some documentation changes were missed. Delete the GVT-g HLD docs and the images it used. Also fix references in the old release notes so they don't depend on this deleted document.
