lirui34 52618d0a23 doc: Update WaaG tutorial launch script and OVMF binary

Change WaaG launch script to the default ``launch_win.sh``,
and also provide one OVMF.fd binary in order to launch WaaG.
Change SOS / UOS to Service VM / Guest VM.
