13X: Identifier reuse: tag vs component.
A tag name shall be a unique identifier

Change the following names:
  struct msi --> struct pci_msi
  struct msix --> struct pci_msix
  struct vpci --> struct acrn_vpci
  union cfgdata -> union pci_cfgdata
