Wei6 Zhang 763c6684e3 misc: Remove AVAILABLE_IRQ_INFO values from RISC-V board XML
Clear AVAILABLE_IRQ_INFO content in qemu-riscv.xml as the x86 ISA IRQ
values (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11) are not applicable to RISC-V architecture.

Note: This leaves AVAILABLE_IRQ_INFO empty as a placeholder. A proper
RISC-V implementation should populate this field and fill the device
tree for VM.

ACRN Tools
##########

The open source `Project ACRN`_ defines a device hypervisor reference stack and
an architecture for running multiple software subsystems, managed securely, on
a consolidated system by means of a virtual machine manager. It also defines a
reference framework implementation for virtual device emulation, called the
"ACRN Device Model".

This folder holds the source to a number of tools that facilitate the
management, debugging, profiling, and logging of multi-OS systems based on
ACRN.

You can find out more about Project ACRN and its set of tools on the
`Project ACRN documentation`_ website.
