Add a tutorial on how to increase the disk size of a User OS (UOS) based on Clear Linux. The tutorial is largely inspired from Clear Linux tutorial and refers to it. It mostly explains how to resize the .img file using the 'qemu-img' tool since ACRN does not have any dedicated tool for manipulating virtual disk image files.
