Modify the documentation Makefile (doc/Makefile) and scripts to only modify and create content inside the $BUILDDIR folder. The folders that were created inside 'doc/' previously are now all created inside '$BUILDDIR/rst'. The '.gitignore' file has also been updated accordingly.
