Minggui Cao 6266dd014a DM: correct memory allocation size for UOS ...

on 8GB MRB: cat /proc/meminfo|head -n 1|awk '{print $2}'
it is: 7993388, it is not 8000000, so set it compare
with 7500000, then it can allocate 6GB to UOS.
