Vijay Dhanraj a4e28213c2 DM: handle SIGPIPE signal
Ignore SIGPIPE signal and handle the error directly when write()
function fails. this will help us to catch the write failure
rather than crashing the UOS.

PS: Observed that when acrnctl stop command was issued from
kata-runtime, UOS was crashing with SIGPIPE signal.

ACRN Device Model
#################

Introduction
============
The ACRN Device Model provides **device sharing** capabilities between the
Service OS and Guest OSs. It is a component that is used in conjunction with
the `ACRN Hypervisor`_ and this is installed within the Service OS. You can
find out more about Project ACRN on the `Project ACRN documentation`_ website.
