Wei Liu ae5f0f1c9b acrn-config: add missed include in pci_dev.c for logical partition

commit a68f655a11 added two extra header
include in pci_dev.c for logical_partition scenario but acrn-config did
not handle that.
This patch fix the issue.

Please run scenario_cfg_gen.py to generate board related configuration patch, the patch would be applied on current acrn-hypervisor git tree automatically.

usage: python3 scenario_cfg_gen.py [h] --board <board_info_file> --scenario <scenario_info_file>
positional arguments:
  board_info_file  : file name of the board info XML
  scenario_info_file  : file name of the scenario info XML
