Karl Isenberg 921628ecd6 chore: Add VeryShortWatchError typed error ...

- Add a new VeryShortWatchError struct for error matching, returned
  by `handleAnyWatch`, up through `Reflector.ListAndWatch`.
- Update test expectations to match exact errors.
