Add gcc back from manual packages (#536)

Related to https://github.com/falcosecurity/falco/pull/526, it turns out
attempting to build a kernel module on the default debian-based ami used
by kops tries to invoke gcc-6:

-----
* Setting up /usr/src links from host
* Unloading falco-probe, if present
* Running dkms install for falco

So manually add back gcc-6 and its dependencies.
