### Description This PR resolves a UI alignment bug in the Gitea Actions log viewer where the expand/collapse disclosure chevron overlaps with the log text (specifically the timestamp) when timestamps are enabled. ### Cause When log timestamps are enabled, the timestamp element (`.log-time-stamp`) is rendered as the first element next to the line number.
