zeripath 9da4642c8c Fix blame view missing lines (#22826 ) (#22929 )

Backport #22826

Creating a new buffered reader for every part of the blame can miss
lines, as it will read and buffer bytes that the next buffered reader
will not get.

Git Module

This module is merged from https://github.com/go-gitea/git which is a Go module to access Git through shell commands. Now it's a part of gitea's main repository for easier pull request.
