docs: Add swap annotations introduction

Add swap annotations introduction of
`io.katacontainers.config.hypervisor.enable_guest_swap`,
`io.katacontainers.container.resource.swappiness"` and
`io.katacontainers.container.resource.swap_in_bytes"` to
how-to-set-sandbox-config-kata.md.
