ContainerConfig: Set ocispec.Annotations to containerConfig.Annotations

Browse Source 
ocispec.Annotations is dropped in ContainerConfig.
This commit let it to be set to containerConfig.Annotations in
ContainerConfig.

Fixes: #2201
