ci: cri-containerd: Use a smaller / cheaper VM instance

Browse Source 
We don't need to run on a D4s_v5. as those tests are not CPU / memory
intense.  With this is mind, let's use a smaller version of the
instance, the D2s_v5 one.

Fixes: #7958
