docs: use-cases: Update Intel SGX use case
The upstream kernel SGX support has changed drastically since the initial version of the Intel SGX use case doc was written. The updated use case documents how to easily setup SGX with Kata Containers running in a Kubernetes cluster. the Intel SGX `aesm` daemon runs on the bare metal node and DCAP `out-of-proc` attestation is used,

because socket passthrough is not supported. An alternative is to deploy the `aesm` daemon as a side-car
