qemu: Cleanup Vm paths irrespective of Sandbox stop pass/fail

Browse Source 
Sometimes qemu/qmp commands error out and VM files
get left behind on the host filesystem. Clen them up
irrespective of `stopSandbox` succeeds or fails.

Fixes: #1246
