virtcontainers: Add to bridges unit test
Add function that creates new bridges to increase unit test coverage for virtcontainers/types/bridges. Also adds test for address formats. Fixes #422 Signed-off-by: Chelsea Mafrica <chelsea.e.mafrica@intel.com>
