Ildiko Vancsa	5e03bec26b	docs: Adding blog submission guidelines ... The Kata blog was recently moved to the project's website. The content of the blog is stored together with the rest of the website source on GitHub. This patch adds a short guide that describes how to submit a new blog post as a PR, to appear on the project's website.
