As suggested in #9934, the following hooks have been introduced for s390x runners: - ACTIONS_RUNNER_HOOK_JOB_STARTED - ACTIONS_RUNNER_HOOK_JOB_COMPLETED These hooks will perfectly replace the existing {pre,post}-action scripts.
