Deprecate the NVIDIA NIM operator coverage by removing the NIMService BATS suite and the three manifests used to exercise it. Drop the suite from the default NVIDIA Kubernetes test set and remove operator-specific pre-test cleanup. Update the GPU passthrough guide so it describes only the remaining direct NIM tests. The direct NIM pod tests and their shared KBS and sealed-secret helpers remain in use and are intentionally retained.
