Fabiano Fidêncio 03ce41b743 tests: k8s: tdx: Skip "Check custom dns" test

The test has been failing on TDX for a while, and an issue has been
created to track it down, see:
https://github.com/kata-containers/kata-containers/issues/9663

For now, let's have it skipped.

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.

Test Content

We provide several tests to ensure Kata-Containers run on different scenarios and with different container managers.

Integration tests to ensure compatibility with:
