Ganesh Maharaj Mahalingam 059b48bfa2 kata-deploy: Check crio conf before update 
kata-deploy inserts 'manage_network_ns_lifecycle' into crio.conf without any
prior checks and if there is a previous entry in the file, this becomes a
duplicate causing crio service restart issues. This patch addresses that
particular scenario.

Kata Containers packaging

Kata Containers currently supports packages for many distributions. Tooling to aid in creating these packages are contained within this repository.

In addition, Kata build artifacts are available within a container image, created by a Dockerfile. Reference daemonsets are provided in kata-deploy, which make installation of Kata Containers in a running Kubernetes Cluster very straightforward.
