Archana Shinde 0abcb6a0c1 kata-deploy: Add runtimeclass yaml
Add the yaml for kata RuntimeClasses. It is useful to
include this explicitly, rather than just having it in the docs.
Also, this feature has transitioned from alpha to beta from k8s 1.13
to 1.14. Hence maintain separate yamls for these versions.

Fixes #444

Kata Containers packaging

Kata Containers currently supports packages for many distributions. Tooling to aid in creating these packages are contained within this repository.

In addition, Kata build artifacts are available within a container image, created by a Dockerfile. Reference daemonsets are provided in kata-deploy, which make installation of Kata Containers in a running Kubernetes Cluster very straightforward.
