Fabiano Fidêncio 0f3160276b ci: k8s: skip no-op Helm uninstall on free runners

In cleanup_kata_deploy, bail out early when no kata-deploy Helm release
exists so baremetal-* pre-deploy cleanup on fresh clusters does not
block on helm uninstall --wait (up to 10m).

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
