Build and publish the kata-deploy binary and CoCo guest-pull nydus snapshotter as dedicated per-arch artifacts, then consume those tarballs when assembling the kata-deploy image. This avoids rebuilding those components in the payload image (which would happen in serial) path and reduces overall CI build time. Signed-off-by: Fabiano Fidêncio <ffidencio@nvidia.com>
