Cameron Baird 65a5f272f8 ci: Introduce tests for VM template factory

Add k8s-vm-templating-test.bats which exercises pod create
with the factory initialized on the target node.

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
