The retry loop in helm_helper had two bugs: 1. Counter initialized to 10 instead of 0, causing immediate failure 2. Exit condition used -eq instead of -ge, incorrect for loop logic These bugs would cause helm_helper to fail immediately on the first retry attempt instead of properly retrying up to max_tries times.
