Fabiano Fidêncio 5000000883 tests: restore SystemdCgroup in installed containerd

Set runc SystemdCgroup=true when generating /etc/containerd/config.toml
during containerd installation, restoring behavior that was mistakenly
dropped.

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
