stevenhorsman f8cf47d17c kata-ctl: fix clippy to_string_in_format_args warnings ...

With the workspace unification we've bumped anyhow
from 1.0.31 to 1.0.102, so update the code to reflect that
error implements `Display` now in the newer version.
