Fabiano Fidêncio 57c61e0c2f tests: unskip hard-coded policy tests on qemu-tdx-runtime-rs

Enable the hard-coded init-data policy test gate for qemu-tdx-runtime-rs
so runtime-rs and Go TDX variants exercise the same Kubernetes policy
coverage.

Kata Containers Tests

This directory contains various types of tests for testing the Kata Containers repository.
