Expose podLabels, podAnnotations and affinity in values.yaml so operators can apply more granular scheduling controls on the kata-deploy DaemonSet alongside the existing nodeSelector and tolerations knobs. Defaults are empty, so existing deployments render the same manifest. When NFD is enabled, the chart merges the hard-coded virtualization nodeAffinity with any user provided affinity.
