Nitesh Konkar 6a755c672e obs-packaging: Build and run Dockerfile based on GOARCH
Currently, since GOARCH is not passed as build-arg
to a Dockerfile, it by default always pick's up amd64
when building it. Also pass it as --env when running it.

Kata Containers packaging

Kata Containers currently supports packages for many distributions. Tooling to aid in creating these packages are contained within this repository.

In addition, Kata build artifacts are available within a container image, created by a Dockerfile. Reference daemonsets are provided in kata-deploy, which make installation of Kata Containers in a running Kubernetes Cluster very straightforward.
